What is your cancelation policy?
Reservations with guest arrival over 30 days from Booking Date must be secured by a deposit of 50% of the full Rental fee at time of booking. The remaining 50% of the Rental fee is due to be prepaid no later than 30 days before Guest Arrival Date.
For Guest cancellation notices received more than 30 days prior to Guest Arrival Date then any deposit amounts paid less a $100 cancellation fee are refundable. For Guest cancellation notices received less than 30 days prior to Guest Arrival Date prepaid amounts are forfeited.
Are there any additional fees?
This website quotes include all fees and taxes. No resort fee or other fees are added by us. Travelers may be subject to additional fees from 3rd party Booking website.
Do I need to rent a vehicle?
Most people prefer to rent a vehicle while on Island. However, the town Kihei is best explored by bike! There are plenty of local restaurants, bars and supermarkets within walking distance. If you decide to rent a vehicle you may want to consider using Turo.com where you can connect with locals that are renting their vehicles.
Are there transportation options other than renting a car?
We have Uber and Lyft on Maui. These services can provide transportation to most places though there are some areas such as Hana that would require a car. Or, if you would prefer not to drive the twisty roads of Hana, you can arrange a tour with a local company to drive for you.
What are the nearby options for eating?
Additionally, you will also find a variety of food trucks behind the Azeka Mauka (Mountain) side (not to be confused with Azeka Makai – Ocean which is on the other side of the street; opposite side as Nalu’s).
