+ Reservations with guest arrival over 30 days from Booking Date must be secured by a deposit of 50% of the full Rental fee at time of booking. The remaining 50% of the Rental fee is due to be prepaid no later than 30 days before Guest Arrival Date.
+ Reservations with guest arrival less than 30 days from Booking Date require 100% of the Rental fee to be prepaid at the time of booking.
+ This website quotes include all fees and taxes. No resort fee or other fees are added by us. Travelers maybe subject to additional fees from 3rd party Booking website.
+ Non-payment of any amount due before the required due date makes the Reservation subject to immediate cancellation by Aloha Aku LLC and the loss of the deposit.
+ For Guest cancellation notices received more than 30 days prior to Guest Arrival Date then any deposit amounts paid less a $100 cancellation fee are refundable. For Guest cancellation notices received less than 30 days prior to Guest Arrival Date then any amounts paid are non-refundable and are forfeited.
+ All Reservations are subject to a 3 night minimum stay, except for during the Christmas / Holiday season, which require a 7 night minimum stay.
+ Check-in time is 3:00 PM and Check-out time is 11:00 AM. All suites are self-check-in and you will receive info for driving, parking and codes for your suite 14 days before your arrival. Please call if you have any questions well before your stay.
+ Beachfront Suite rental rates and stays are based on up to 2 people per Suite. The 2 bedroom Ohana Suite rental rates and stay are based on up to 4 people. Any Extra Person(s) must be approved at the time of booking and are subject to a $10.00 per day fee per approved person. No children under 16 years old are permitted at the AlohaAKU Estate Beachfront suites or Ohana unless approved in writing not less than 30 days prior to arrival.
+ The AlohaKAI (Waiohuli Beach Hale D115), AlohaWAI (Waiohuli Beach Hale D116), and the Aloha MAI (Maui Sunset A102) are family friendly and children of all ages are welcome and no approval is needed.
+ A Check-out Cleaning Fee of $100.00 will be billed for each Aloha Aku Beachfront Suite and AlohaKAI or Aloha WAI stay. A Checkout Cleaning Fee of $125 will be charged for the Aloha Aku Ohana Suite and the AlohaMAI Suite. Suites are cleaned post Check-out only for stays less than 30 days. If requested then Guest rooms will be lightly cleaned on a complementary basis for stays over 30 days at the 14th day and each 14 days thereafter. Additional Cleaning Service is available to guests on a request basis for a $50 fee per cleaning. Please provide at least 48 hour notice of your request.
+ Suite Rates and fees are subject to Hawaii State General Excise Tax (GET) and Transient Accommodations Tax (TAT) of 14.42%.
+ Aloha Aku Inn accepts all major forms of credit / debit cards. All checks or money order payments should be made payable to: Aloha Aku LLC.
+ All Rates, Taxes, and Fees are subject to change without notice. Quotes are not binding until the reservation has been confirmed by Aloha Aku LLC, the contract executed, and the initial deposit has been fully paid.
+ Aloha Aku Inn reserves the right to exchange the specific Beachfront Suite as noted in the booking confirmation notice with another Beachfront Suite up to the time of the guests check-in.
+ NO SMOKING in the room or on the property. This is strictly enforced. In room smoking will result in a $500 damage fee charged to your credit card.
+ No loud noises, audible noises, or partying is allowed on the property which would disturb anyone in the neighboring property or other Suites on the property. Maui noise ordinances are strictly enforced from 9:00 pm to 8:00 am.
+ No guest may bring guest not registered and staying on the property without prior permission.
+ Guests must execute the Liability agreement before use of any of the many free sports and beach amenities.
